Booking a Treatment with us is simple with our online booking system. Please read through our scheduling guidelines below.

Please see the information regarding your appointment and then proceed to the button link below to make your appointment. You will receive a confirmation as soon as the appointment is approved, as all appointments shown available online may not be guaranteed. We can’t wait to help you get your gut health back on track and feel better than ever.
We do not want to charge you cancellation fees but we do want you to make appointments you can keep so our business can run smoothly. When we have no shows and last minute cancellations, we are out the costs of the therapist’s time, what would have been a fully paid spot and clients in need miss out on appointments. As we are fully booked most days it’s important to us that you realize that our time is limited and valuable just as we know yours is.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment due to the limited amount of people we can accomodate in the client lounge. If it is your first visit with us, there will be plenty of time to fill out your New Client form.
If our door is locked it means we are still in session, please wait outside in the salon to maintain privacy.
Once you have booked your appointment and paid a deposit, a confirmation will be sent to your email address and texted to your phone. Please ensure you enter your details carefully and correctly. A reminder email and text will also be sent 48 hours before your appointment.
A credit card must be entered to ensure your booking. Nothing is charged until the completion of your colonic.
There will be NO REFUNDS once your appointment is paid. We allow for a maximum of 2 reschedules.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment this will result in an appointment forfeit and your payment will not be returned AND YOU WILL STILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR SESSION. Please allow plenty of time to take into account traffic, mishaps etc.
As your appointment is held exclusively for you, your deposit will be lost and WILL NOT BE RETURNED. FULL payment is due if cancelled within 24 hours. Missed appointments will be charged the remainder of the session. Please also note, if you are late and we are able to treat you, your treatment may be shortened however you will still be charged full price.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Please do not be disappointed when it is enforced.
To cancel an appointment, please do so online (only allowed up to 24 hours in advance) or CALL/TEXT our office number at 619-806-4445. Please do not try and contact me via social media as I cannot guarantee these channels are checked regularly to monitor bookings. If you send us a message via facebook or instagram within that time frame and get no response, your appointment has not been cancelled. You need to call or text my office number and if no one answers PLEASE leave a message.
Group Bookings – if you would like to make a booking with a friend or partner, we can offer you appointments back to back. You will need to book the first appointment first and then if the spot is available the following time will open up. Alternatively to check availability please call us. As we only have one machine sessions will be back to back but based on your preferences the session can be as inclusive as you like.
Parking in Coronado is very affordable. It’s $0.25 an hour! Make sure you choose a meter with more than 30 minutes though. The 30 minute meters are located across our street so make sure you park on “B” Ave or on the side of Ynez where our office is located.
Due to COVID 19 situation, please wear a mask to your treatment, if you forget, that’s ok. I do have extra masks in my office to accommodate you.
